Alda’s Diner, co-owned by husband and wife Arjan and Esmeralda Vasha, brings an all-American breakfast-lunch concept to the restaurant space on the southwest end of the Mission Hills shopping center. The 2,500-square-foot unit“We changed everything inside, starting from the booths on,It looks fresh.”
The Vashas previously operated Railhead Café & Catering at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs and also had a restaurant in Michigan. The name Alda’s is derived from the nickname and shortened form of the diner’s matriarch, Esmeralda Vasha.
Expect scratch-made diner fare from the new venue, which serves breakfast and lunch all day from morning to mid-afternoon. For breakfast, Alda’s serves items such as omelets, skillets, pancakes, waffles and crepes. For lunch, choices include hamburgers, gyros, pitas and sandwiches.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and all the food was delicious. My wife's eggs benedict were perfectly cooked to order, runny eggs, and my corned beef hash was just right, non greasy and not cremated. Always looking for a good diner. Found a new one close to home.

A great place for lunch. I love the Saganski as well as the Ruben. The Staff is superb and make me feel good. They cater to the needs of their patrons. Love it, Try it...you won't be disappointed.
